Job Description
We're on the hunt for a Senior Spatial Designer who can bring their skill-set towards sculpting, refining, and bringing to life spatial and experiential service solutions across diverse projects. Teaming up closely with clients, architects, and the versatile design squad, you'll be the driving force behind delivering captivating and seamless spatial experiences and designs that consistently surpass client expectations.

Bring a rich history of thriving in a fast-paced creative agency or a dynamic in-house team
Showcase an eclectic portfolio spanning commercial, retail, and hospitality realms - illustrating involvement from inception to fruition
Excel at transforming nascent concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions, with a keen eye on practical construction and manufacturing aspects
Show expertise in space planning, layout design, customer journeys, materiality, and architectural detailing
Demonstrate experience generating top-notch visualisations and comprehensive design intent drawing packs
Exhibit a track record of collaborating directly with the likes of architects, contractors, and suppliers to actualise client visions
Possess a drive to mentor, guide, and uplift junior team members
Embrace collaboration and relish in interfacing with diverse creative disciplines
Showcase exceptional sketching skills to convey ideas visually
Commanding proficiency in 3D and spatial visualisation & technical design software (such as Sketchup/VRay, Cinema4D, VectorWorks, Layout, AutoCAD)
Navigate AI tools
Juggle multiple tasks adeptly, prioritising effectively and adapting to evolving deadlines
Communicating with clarity and flair, with an unmatched eye for detail
Experience on hospitality environments is a huge bonus - for the likes of top hotels and luxury activations.
