What Shop Manager'swill be responsible for:- Successfully managing and controlling your own shop.- Training and development of team members to a high level. - Recruitment - Interviewing and hiring for your store.-Sandwich and food production standards.- Working towards KPI’s including Wage % and targets. - Ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming for customers. - Monitoring Food safety standards.- Ensuring high standards of customer service.- Shop maintenance
