MACHINERY ENGINEER - TAUNTON

£36,000 + 35 days AL, Free Parking, Company Bonus Scheme, DIS, Sick Pay Package


Due to ongoing success, my client are looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a Machinery Engineer, the company are going through a period of growth, which is owing to the companies recent successes and ambitions to grow further.

We are looking for someone who has gained experience within a manufacturing environment and has experience or knowledge of John Deere equipment.


THE ROLE:

  • Perform repairs and general maintenance servicing on a range of Machinery, primarily Golf Equipment.
  • Perform pre-delivery work up on new or used equipment..
  • Machinery diagnostics.
  • Adhere to company health & safety rules.
  • Undertake training.
  • Train apprentices.
  • Confident in the use of IT.

THE PERSON:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Vehicle driving licence.
  • Ideally familiar with John Deere and similar products.
