Junior Business Analyst - Online Banking

Gresham Hunt have partnered with a well known UK Retail Bank who are going though a significant Transformation programme in their Digital Bank.
Our client are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a PAYE basis for six months commencing mid February.
The Role:
• Working as a Business Analyst across all stages of the delivery lifecycle, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of BA tools and industry standards e.g. Jira, Confluence, Behaviour Driven Development, etc.
• Ability to operate effectively in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and actively shape the ways of working
• Present problems to Agile delivery teams and shape work items through workshop facilitation, and effective collaboration
• Apply ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ analysis techniques to identify business problems and opportunities
• Produce and manage Features, Epics and Stories with Acceptance Criteria in Jira, as well as other artefacts including data mapping documentation, etc.
