I have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Asset Management to join a growing and well-established housing association in East Anglia. They are open to receiving applications for those who can consider relocating and there is a relocation package available (details to be confirmed).This is a pivotal role which will focus on ensuring that properties are of high quality, well-maintained, and provide value for money. Leading a team of surveyors, the role is crucial in ensuring safety, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.This role would suit an individual with a strong background in building/construction, Asset Management possessing relevant qualifications and memberships.
