Responsibilities:-

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
• Supervise and support hotel staff in delivering high-quality service
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
