Business Analyst - Contract Outside IR35 Location: London / Hybrid | Duration: 3 Months + Business AnalystBuilding progressive new brands and helping reposition the world’s most prominent companies through experience design. We are responsible for products and services used by millions of people every day. We are building out teams which will exist of UX designers, UI Designers, Researchers and Experience Technologists.We’re on the look out for a highly experienced Business Analyst on a contract basis (Outside IR35).What you’ll be doingLead the gathering and analysis of business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, or studying existing documentation and systems.Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop optimization strategies.Perform data analysis to support decision-making and generate insightsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and business process documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and achieve business goals.Create and present detailed analytical reports to senior management and stakeholders.Assist in the development and support of business strategies and roadmaps.Ideally you’ll haveBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to stakeholders at various organizational levels.Demonstrable experience in project management methodologies, e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Additional InformationPlease note that Innozo is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation or gender identity.Recruitment AgenciesWe have an internal recruitment team.
