Account Handler responsibilities




  • Handle any complaints in accordance with regulation.

  • Client renewal meetings, claims reviews and mid-term reviews

  • Provide full administration support to the Commercial Account Executive

  • To maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service

  • Assist with managing phonelines and inboxes.

  • Process data and handle queries.



Account Handler Requirements




  • Experience with commercial account support.

  • Confident dealing with corporate clients

  • Highly motivated to work within regulatory standards of a business.
