Account Handler responsibilities
- Handle any complaints in accordance with regulation.
- Client renewal meetings, claims reviews and mid-term reviews
- Provide full administration support to the Commercial Account Executive
- To maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with managing phonelines and inboxes.
- Process data and handle queries.
Account Handler Requirements
- Experience with commercial account support.
- Confident dealing with corporate clients
- Highly motivated to work within regulatory standards of a business.
